<br />ORDINANCE # 00-1004 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE OTY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE OTY <br />OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFIOAL <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION <br />COMMEROAL (C). FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing a future land use designation of the <br />property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, <br />interested panies and citizens for and! or against the proposed establishment of the future land use <br />designation were heard; <br /> <br />Whereas, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Land Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider the comprehensive plan amendment; <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />held a public hearing to consider the comprehensive plan amendment and has determined that the Future <br />Land Use designation of said property shall be established as Commercial as that designation is defined in <br />Future Land Use Element Policy FLU A (7), as amended and supplemented, of Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />Whereas, such amendments are permitted subject to the provisions of Chapter 163, F.S. and Rule <br />9]-11, FAC. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE OTY COMMISSION OF THE OTY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code, as amended and <br />supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, <br />regulating and restricting the use of lands located within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same <br />is hereby amended by this amendment LP A 00-11 to: Amend the Official Future Land Use Map to <br />include property as Commercial as requested by the owner of said land described as <br /> <br />LOT 36 BLK HFERNPARK ESTATES PB 5 PG 12 <br /> <br />SECTION II. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a pan <br />of the Comprehensive Plan 1990-2010 of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this <br />Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance," <br />may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />00-1004-; Page 1 of2 <br />
