<br />FILE NUM 2001741313 <br />OR BOOK 04159 PAGE 1859 <br /> <br />Florida, that said lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, that said <br />lands should be annexed, and hereby consent to the annexation. <br /> <br />Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section I shall retain a zoning and land use <br />classification established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land <br />Use Plan until otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Section 5. All real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem <br />taxes pursuant to law. <br /> <br />Section 6. All persons who have been lawfully engaged in any occupation, business, trade or <br />profession within the area described in Section I above, upon the effective date of this <br />Ordinance under a valid license or permit therefore issued by Seminole County, Florida, shall <br />have rightto continue such occupation, business, trade or profession within the entire corporate <br />limits of the City of Casselberry, as revised, upon the securing ofa valid occupational license <br />from the City of Casselberry, which license shall be issued upon payment of the appropriate <br />fee therefore, without the necessity of taking or passing any additional examination or test <br />relating to the qualifications of such licenses. <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the <br />Office of the Secretary of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State of <br />Florida, the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County <br />Tax Collector, within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 8. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and it is hereby ordained, that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be <br />made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; thatthe Sections of <br />this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, <br />"Ordinance," may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br /> <br />Section 9. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 10. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 11.
