<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FWRIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY
<br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND
<br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND
<br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF OR (OFFICE RESIDENTIAL) FOR
<br />THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
<br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the properry hereinafter described has been
<br />duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and! or against the proposed
<br />establishment of zoning classification were heard; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as OR (Office Residential) on the Casselberry Comprehensive
<br />Plan Future Land Use Map; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the OR (Office Residential) zoning classification is consistent with the OR (Office Residential) Future Land Use
<br />Map designation; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberty, Florida, has determined that the
<br />zoning classification of said property shall be established as OR (Office Residential) as that classification is defmed in Articles IV
<br />and V of Chapter II, as atnended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the
<br />City of Casselberry, Florida, and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselbeny, Florida, as atnended and supplemented, for those parcels of land
<br />located on Seminola Blvd between Diane Coun and NE Tripier Drive., more specifically described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot 35: E \2 of lot 34 and all of lot 35 ~ess road), Lake Kathtyn Park 1< Addition, PB 13, PG 34.
<br />Lotl9: BlkF ~ess road), Lake Kathtyn Woods l' Addition, PB 18, PG 17
<br />
<br />and is hereby atnended and given the zoning district classification as follows:
<br />
<br />OR (Office Residential) as that classification is defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as atnended and supplemented, of the
<br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberty, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or paits of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance
<br />are hereby repealed
<br />
<br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or
<br />unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this
<br />Ordinance.
<br />
<br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is
<br />hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida; adopted
<br />zorung map.
<br />
<br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after its passage and adoption.
<br />
