<br />AN ORDINANCE OF TIm CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY
<br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABUSHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND
<br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND
<br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABUSHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ROS (RECREATION/OPEN SPACE)
<br />FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFUCTS,
<br />SEVERABIUTY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the propeny hereinafter described has been
<br />duly held in the City of Casselberty, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed
<br />establishment of zoning classification were heard; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the propeny hereinafter described is designated as ROS (Recreation/Open Space) on the Casselberty
<br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the ROS (Recreation/Open Space) zoning classification is consistent with the ROS (Recreation/Open Space)
<br />Future Land Use Map designation; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberty, Florida, has determined that the
<br />zoning classification of said propeny shall be established as ROS (Recreation/Open Space) as that classification is defined in
<br />Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of
<br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberty, Florida, and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselbeny, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land
<br />located on the southeast comer of Semoran Blvd. and Fern Park Blvd., more specifically described as follows:
<br />
<br />Tract 1 of Kane's Plat, Plat Book 57, Page 6 as recorded in the Public Record of Seminole County, FL
<br />
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows:
<br />
<br />ROS (Recreation/Open Space) as that classification is defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of
<br />the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselbeny, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance
<br />are hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or
<br />Wlconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this
<br />Ordinance.
<br />
<br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberty, Florida, and it is
<br />hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberty, Florida; adopted
<br />zorung map.
<br />
<br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after its passage and adoption.
