<br />ORDINANCE # 00-991 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CS (COMMERCIAL SERVICES) FOR <br />THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the property hereinafter described has been <br />duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed <br />establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as C (Commercial) on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan <br />Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the CS (Commercial Services) zoning classification is consistent with the C (Commercial) Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has detertnined that the <br />zoning classification of said property shall be established as CS (Commercial Services) as that classification is defined in Articles IV <br />and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Casselberty, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article N Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land <br />located on Concord Drive west of North Cypress Way, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />N 120FT OF LOT 33 &E IS FT &N 157.76FTOFW 125 FT OF LOT 34 BLK H FERN PARK ESTATES PB 5 PG 12 <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />CS (Commercial Services) as that classification is defined in Articles N and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or <br />unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
