<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN
<br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND
<br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CS
<br />(COMMERCIAL SERVICES) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I
<br />OF TillS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND
<br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the properties hereinafter
<br />described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for
<br />and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the properties hereinafter described is designated as Commercial on the Casselberry Comprehensive
<br />Plan Future Land Use Map; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the CS (Commercial Services) zoning classification is consistent with the Commercial designation; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that
<br />the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as CS (Commercial Service) as that classification is
<br />defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
<br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and
<br />supplemented, for certain parcels of land located north of Concord A venue, and west of Cypress Way, more
<br />specifically described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot 33, Block H, less the North 120.00 feet, Fern Park Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 5, Pages 10-13 Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; less the North 157.76 feet thereof
<br />
<br />And the west 125 feet of lot 34, Block H, Fern Park Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
<br />5, Pages 10- 13 Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, less the North 157.76 feet thereof.
<br />
<br />be, and the same is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows:
<br />
<br />CS (Commercial Services) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and
<br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry,
<br />Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION II. Conmets. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions
<br />of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
