<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 22, 2007 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 7 of19 <br /> <br />Staff Report: Mr. Eugene Miller, Interim City Manager, stated Resolution 07-1755 provides for a standard <br />consulting agreement with Southern Landscaping & Irrigation Systems, Inc. for professional continuing <br />landscaping and irrigation design and installation services. The City received three proposals and one given <br />by Groundteck of Central Florida, did not meet the City's specifications and was disqualified. The two <br />remaining proposals were from Southern Landscaping & Irrigation Systems, Inc. and Concepts in Greenery, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: Because the execution of a standard consultant agreement does not obligate the City <br />financially, there is no impact to current budget at this time. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 07-1755 as presented. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Doerner moved to approve Resolution 07- <br />1755, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5 - O. <br /> <br />E. RESOLUTION 07-1756 - STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH <br />CONCEPTS & GREENERY FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />LANDSCAPING AND IRRlGA TION DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICES <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 07-1756 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF A STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENTwrTH CONCEPTS IN <br />GREENERY, INC.
