<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 188, AS AMENDED AND SUP-
<br />PLEMENTED, OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
<br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF C-l,
<br />COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THAT PARCEL
<br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PRO-
<br />VIDING FOR CONFLICTS; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFEC-
<br />TIVE DATE.

<br />WHEREAS, public hearing on the question of establishing zoning classi
<br />
<br />fication of the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the
<br />
<br />city of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing interested parties and cit-
<br />
<br />izens for and against the proposed establishment of zoning classification
<br />
<br />were heardi and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Council of the City of
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said
<br />
<br />property shall be established as C-l (Commercial Zoning District), as that
<br />
<br />classification is defined in Ordinance No. 188, and as amended and supple-
<br />
<br />rnented, of the City of Casselberry, Florida.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1 - That Ordinance No. 188 of the City of Casselberry, Flor-
<br />
<br />ida, passed and adopted May 11, 1970, and as amended and supplemented, being
<br />
<br />the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida, regu-
<br />
<br />lating and restricting the use of buildings, structures, and land for trade,
<br />
<br />industry, residence, or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
<br />
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />A strip of land 300 feet in depth adjacent to and
<br />parallel with State Road 436 in Section 21, Township
<br />21 South, Range 30 East, lying northwesterly of
<br />Kewannee Trail and southeasterly of the southeast-
<br />erly line of property deeded to Morton L. Olsham as
<br />recorded in Official Records Book 994, Page 622,
<br />Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and also
<br />a strip of land 300 feet in depth lying adjacent to,
<br />parallel with and concentric with State Road 436
<br />lying southeasterly of Kewannee Trail and northerly
<br />of the south line of the southwest 1/4 of the north-
<br />west 1/4, all lying in Section 21, Township 21 South,
<br />Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida. Containing
<br />9.4 acres :1:,

<br />be and the same is hereby established and given the zoning classification of
<br />
<br />C-l (Commercial Zoning District), as that classification is defined in Ordi-
<br />
<br />nance No. 188, and as amended and supplemented, of the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida.
