Expenditure from Florida State Forfeiture Fund and Related Budget Transfer - $500.00 Funds available in the State Forfeiture Fund are requested to be used to sponsor the Lyman High School 2007 Project G.R.A.D.D. program event which offers graduating seniors a safe, drug and alcohol free environment to celebrate their graduation from high school. D. Purchase ofa Wacker Plate Compactor - $1,625.00 (Public Works Department) Purchase of a new Wacker plate compactor from Walker Miller Equipment Company is requested to replace the current plate compactor used by the Public Works Department for compaction over pipes and asphalt surfaces and which has exhausted its useful life. E. Budget Amendment to Fiscal Year 2006/07 Budget - $111,507.00 (Finance Department) Severance costs incurred for the Human Resources Director and the Finance Director were not included in the current year's budgel. Resolution 07-1767 - Designation of 1150 Belle Avenue, Casselberry as a Brownfield Area by Saticoy Investments Company, LLC This Resolution will designate the property located at the southwest comer of Belle Avenue at State Road 434 as a Brownfield site. Such designation will allow an agreement between Saticoy Investments Company and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to establish environmental remediation of the property and allow the redevelopment and reuse of the site. B. BA07-01 - Robert Sabrkhani, 500 S.R. 436, Regency Square - Variance Request from Distance Separation Between Bars/Lounges This item is a variance request for distance separation between businesses selling alcoholic beverages, which may be made through application to the City Commission to utilize the criteria provided in ULDR Section 1-2.7 allowing a 131 foot distance separation in lieu of the 1,000 foot requirement. 10.
