2.3 Disinfection

The existing disinfection (sodium hypochlorite) system is adequate for the proposed
project and there is no capacity change required. However, the point(s) of
application and their control points will be relocated as required.

2.4 Electrical/Instrumentation Desion

CPH will retain the services of an electrical engineer to perform the
electrical/instrumentation design. All new instrumentation components will tie-in to
the existing SCADA System. A complete evaluation of the existing electrical system
will be performed. This supplement also includes upgrading of the existing standby
power generation system to provide auxiliary power to all existing and proposed
equipment. See Appendix A for the breakdown of anticipated manhours.

An evaluation of the existing and proposed total electrical loading shall be
performed. We will provide the City with a report of our findings as to the size
needed in terms of Kilowatt Hours and physical size. We will evaluate the ability to
place the new generator in the existing space provided at the facility. If the new
generator fits within these constraints, we will design the new standby electrical
generation system. If it doesn't, we will advise the City and discuss other options.

2.5 Survey

CPH will retain the services of a land surveying company to provide a boundary,
topographic and limited tree survey to support the project plan. See Appendix A.

2.6 Soils

Soil borings will be required in the area of each new structure. CPH will retain the
services of a geotechnical engineering firm to provide the required subsurface
investigations and design recommendations. See Appendix A.

2.7 FDEP

CPH will assist the Owner in the preparation of the application and support
materials for an FDEP water treatment plant construction/modification permit.

2.8 SJRWMD

The proposed improvements will likely yield an impervious area less than the
SJRWMD thresholds. Therefore, a cost to prepare the necessary documentation

3
