EXHIBIT "A" PAGE 117 PETITION TO CLOSE, V ACA TE AND ABANDON EASEMENTS ****************************** To: City of Casselberry City Commission The undersigned Petitioner respectfully pel1tlOns this Commission to close, vacate, abandon, discontinue, disclaim and to renounce any right of the City of Casselberry, a political subdivision, in the State of Florida, and the public in and to the following described easements, to wit: 1. Easement reserved in Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 70, Page 445, public records of Seminole County, Florida (2 pages); 2. Easement recorded in Deed Book 80, Page 240, public records of Seminole County, Florida (2 pages); and 3. Easement as reserved in Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 139, Page 5, public records of Seminole County, Florida (2 pages). Your Petitioner would show that the said easement has not been used by the City of Casselberry. Petitioner constitutes a majority of the abutting property owners desiring the easement to be closed, vacated and abandoned. Petitioner would further submit that the closing, vacating, abandoning, renouncing and disclaiming of any rights of the City of Casselberry, Florida and the public in and to any land in connection with the said easement described hereinabove will not be detrimental to the public or to the property of any person or persons, but, in fact would be beneficial to the pubic.
