<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of September 11, 2006 - Executive Session & Reguiar Meeting <br />Page 5 of 12 <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced the City of Casselberry has adopted a tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2006 - 2007. <br />The City Commission will hold a final public hearing on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the <br />City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. At the conclusion of <br />that hearing the City Commission intends to adopt a final budget for Fiscal Year 2006 - 2007. All interested <br />parties are invited to attend. <br /> <br />6. MINUTES <br /> <br />A. Regular Meeting of May 22, 2006 <br /> <br />B. Workshop and Regular Meeting of June 12,2006 <br /> <br />The City Clerk announced that Commissioner Cook had submitted some scrivener errors to both sets of <br />minutes prior to the meeting and that the necessary corrections had been made. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart moved to approve the Minutes of <br />May 22, 2006 and June 12, 2006 as corrected. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion <br />carried uuanimously 5 - 0 by voice vote. <br /> <br />7. PRESENT A TIONS/COMMENDA TIONS <br /> <br />A. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION DECLARING NOVEMBER 2006 AS "FAMILY <br />MONTH" <br /> <br />Mayor Goff proclaimed November 2006 as Family Month in the City of Casselberry, calling upon citizens <br />to observe this month by spending quality time with family members to strengthen relationships between <br />parents and children. <br /> <br />8. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested a copy of a building permit from <br />Legacy Park from the Building Division and upon review, noted the full corporate name for <br />Centex Homes is missing on the permit. Mr. Casselberry reiterated his concerns regarding <br />Centex Homes being a Nevada entity. Mr. Casselberry suggested revising the building <br />permit application to include entity registration numbers and which state their entity is <br />registered, and for staff to be sure that applicants fill in all the blanks on the application. <br />
