. ---.""","'_..,- CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held an Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room and a Regular meeting in the Commission Chambers at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September II, 2006, Casselberry City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bob Goff, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #5 Linda C. Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #3 Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner - Seat #4 Kathy L. Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Eugene Miller, Interim City Manager Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney Thelma L. McPherson, City Clerk Donna G. Gardner, Staff Assistant to the City Commission & City Clerk Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director Julie Dross, Special Events Coordinator Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Mark Gisclair, Assistant Public Works Director Donald Harkins, Fire Chief Bill Katsafanas, Assistant City Labor Attorney. John Pavlis, Police Chief Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director Ed Torres, Public Works Director Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director (. Only present at the Executive Session.) EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session was held at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor negotiations with the bargaining agent for the Coastal Police Benevolent Association Police Officers and Sergeants unit. Executive Sessions are held by the City Commission for the purpose of discussion of labor matters; they are not open to the general public pursuant to Florida Statutes 447.605. All members of the City Commission were present. Vice Mayor Hart arrived at 6:30 p.m. Also present at the session were Eugene Miller, Interim City Manager; Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director; John Pavlis, Police Chief; and Bill Katsafanas, Assistant City Labor Attorney. Mayor Goff adjourned the Executive Session at 6:59 p.m.
