Citizens' Comments - The Mayor stated that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on <br />any matter not on the Agenda may do so at this time. Please raise your hand to be recognized, give your <br />name and address to speak on any matter. All comments are to be directed to the Mayor and City <br />Commission. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. The <br />following individual came forward: <br /> <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, spoke in opposition to the <br />demolition of the buildings in the Concord Center by the City. (The demolition was a consensus <br />reached at the Joint Meeting held at 5:00 p.m. on December I I, 2006 between the City and the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency.) <br /> <br />8. Consent Al!enda <br /> <br />The items presented on the Consent Agenda are to be approved by a single motion, unless a Commission <br />Member wishes to remove an item for discussion. No items were removed and the following items were <br />considered: <br /> <br />A. Sole Source Purchase of Replacement K-9 and Related Budget Transfer _ $8,000 _ Police <br />Department <br /> <br />B. Purchase of Fitness Equipment from Forfeiture Funds and Related Budget Transfer _ $6,518 _ Police <br />Department <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Consent Agenda as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford and <br />carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br />
