Audience Participation/Comments - *Persons wishing to address the Commission <br />on any topic will raise their hand, be recognized by the Chairman, give their <br />name and address and present their item. Each speaker will be required to follow <br />general meeting decorum, and limit discussion to the item they are presenting. <br />B. Items on the Agenda - *Chairman will recognize members of the audience who <br />wish to address a item on the agenda. Items requiring a response will be <br />coordinated by the City Manager within 48 hours. <br />C. Consent Agenda - · Any items removedfrom the Consent Agenda will heard by the <br />Commission immediately following vote on the other items on the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />D.
