Section 70-69(a), Compensation and Payment, of Article III, shall be <br /> <br /> <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />70-69. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT. <br /> <br />a. Compensation shall be paid by the Franchisee to the City on a <br /> <br /> <br />monthly basis based upon a sum equal to twenty-percent (20%) of the gross <br /> <br /> <br />revenue received from all sources related to Franchisee's operations in the City, <br /> <br /> <br />including fees, charges, rental of equipment, and funds paid outside of the City <br /> <br />from materials hauled from the City. Roll-off fee compensation shall also be <br /> <br />based on a sum equal to twenty-percent (20%) of the gross revenue from roll-off <br /> <br /> <br />charges. Where collection is provided on the basis of not more than three (3) <br /> <br /> <br />thirty-two (32) gallon containers two (2) times per week, the fee shall be three <br /> <br /> <br />dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per month.
