<br />.::& <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />AUGUST 10,2006 PAGE 2 <br /> <br />Mr. Lobeck, wanted to speak to the Code Enforcement Board about the City of Casselberry's sign <br />code. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Henderson, Chairperson instructed Mr. Lobeck to contact the City Commissioners, and the Planning <br />and Zoning Department. <br /> <br />CASES COMPLIED BEFORE MEETING <br /> <br />CE-06-00220 2686 Granada Run <br />CE-06-00604 472 Rainbow Drive <br />CE-06-0l 056 416 Banyan Tree Circle <br />CE-06-01089 4750 S Highway 17-92 <br /> <br />NEW CASE <br /> <br />CE-06-00227 1037 Bluebell Dr. <br /> <br />Michele Toole, Code Enforcement Inspector, gave testimony and entered evidence via photo copies <br />for board members. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Michele Toole, entered into evidence, the case file for CE-06-00227. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in case CE-06-00227 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2.c, , <br />and that Respondents correct the violation before I :00 p.m. August 25, 2006. Another hearing will <br />be held before this board on September 14, 2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, <br />and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents <br />are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. <br /> <br />Ms. Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />
