(Carolyn) Jimette Cook, Chief Code Enforcement Officer, withdrew this case due to lack of service. <br /> <br />CE-06-00093 <br />1023 Seminola Blvd <br /> <br />(Carolyn) Jimette Cook gave testimony and entered proof of service, a letter from Seminole County Solid <br />Waste Division, and additional evidence via electronic device for CE-06-00093. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Scott Dexter, 1023 Seminola Blvd. Casselberry, Florida gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Robert Flint moved "to find Respondent in CEB # CE-0600093 in violation for City .code 104.3, and that <br />Respondent correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. May 09, 2006. Another hearing will be held before <br />this board on May 11, 2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no <br />compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $1 00.00 per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact <br />the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this order." <br /> <br />Mr. Wight seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Reece arrived at 7:20 p.m. and did not vote on this issue. <br />
