Box 2873 <br />Orlando, Florida 32802-2873 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 06-1200 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />TO CREATE A NEW ZONING DISTRICT TO BE ENTITLED "INDUSTRIAL <br />MEDIUM" WHICH DISTRICT SHALL BE ABBREVIATED AS "I-M"; <br />AMENDING SECTION 2-5.2.F, OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT <br />REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL <br />REGULATIONS, TO INCLUDE THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE I-M <br />ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING TABLE 2-5.3 ENTITLED "LAND USE BY <br />DISTRICT" OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, OF <br />CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, TO ESTABLISH <br />PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL LAND USES FOR THE I-M ZONING <br />DISTRICT; AMENDING TABLE 2-5.4 ENTITLED "SIZE AND DIMENSION <br />REGULATIONS" OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, OF <br />CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, TO ESTABLISH <br />SIZE AND DIMENSION REGULATIONS FOR THE I-M ZONING DISTRICT; <br />AMENDING TABLE 2-4.2 ENTITLED "FUTURE LAND USE MAP <br />DESIGNATIONS AND ZONING DISTRICTS" OF ARTICLE IV, <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IMPLEMENTATION, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT <br />AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, TO ADD I-M ZONING DISTRICT AS A <br />CORRESPONDING ZONING DISTRICT TO THE "INDUSTRIAL-MEDIUM" <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION; ADDING SECTION 2-7.28 TO <br />ARTICLE VII, GENERAL REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II DISTRICT AND <br />GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA; <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Part III, Chapter II, of the Unified Land Development Regulations <br /> <br />establishes zoning districts and general regulations for the use of land within the corporate <br /> <br />limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, numerous studies on file with the City have documented the adverse <br /> <br />secondary effects of adult entertainment establishments and sexually oriented businesses, <br />
