Florida 32802-2873 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06-1199 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 66, SECTION 66-29 <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE OF ORDINANCES, SAID <br />ORDINANCE BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES <br />OF PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN BELLE AVENUE AND HELEN <br />STREET, CONSTITUTING A SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT, FROM THE <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY FLU OF "INDUSTRIAL" AND "MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL" TO CITY 1M, "INDUSTRIAL MEDIUM," TO INCLUDE <br />ADULT ENTERTAINMENT LAND USES; PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 163.3161 et seq., Florida Statutes, established the Local <br /> <br />Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, establishes a process for adoption <br /> <br />of comprehensive plans or plan amendments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Land Planning Agency of the City of Casselberry held a duly <br /> <br />noticed public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment related to the <br /> <br />consideration of this Comprehensive Plan amendment, including amending the Future <br /> <br />Land Use Map designation of certain properties located along North Winter Park Drive <br /> <br />from the County FLU of "Industrial" and "Medium Density Residential" to City "1M," as that <br /> <br />designation is defined in FLU 1.10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, regarding potential location of adult entertainment establishments and <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 06-1199 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
