<br />This instrument preparad by: <br />Sandra Smith <br />Acting Community Development Director <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Tnpret Lake Driv. <br />Casseibeny, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Dd j-jJ-J-/J6 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 06-1197 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF-13 (RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY, 13 <br />UNITS PER ACRE) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the City of <br />Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry Official <br />Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City <br />Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for <br />and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were <br />heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the cny of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be established as set forth <br />below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br />has further determined that said zoning is consistent wnh the City's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I.
