Subsection (a) of Section 2-210 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to add a violation under Fire Protection <br /> <br />and Prevention Code as follows: <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />Code Section Description of Violation Classification <br />42-177 Failure to obtain any required Fire Permit Class III <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />SECTION 4 - SEVERABILITY.
