<br />the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to include property as <br />Commercial, for those parcels of land located on the south side of Lemon Lane, west of the intersection of SR 17/92 <br />as shown on "Exhibit A" totaling 0.231 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: <br /> <br />ParcellD Number: 17-21-30-507-0000-0010 <br />LOT 1, CORRECTED AND REVISED PLAT OF NORMANDY PARK, AS RECODED IN PLAT BOOK 8, <br />PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the Commercial Future Land Use designation. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section <br />or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This ordinance shall not become effective until 31 days after adoption.
