the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to include property as Commercial, for those parcels of land located on the south side of Lemon Lane, west of the intersection of SR 17/92 as shown on "Exhibit A" totaling 0.231 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: ParcellD Number: 17-21-30-507-0000-0010 LOT 1, CORRECTED AND REVISED PLAT OF NORMANDY PARK, AS RECODED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. and is hereby amended and given the Commercial Future Land Use designation. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This ordinance shall not become effective until 31 days after adoption. If challenged within 30 days after adoption, small scale development amendments shall not become effective until the state land planning agency or the administrative commission, respectively, issues a final order determining the adopted small scale development amendment is in compliance.
