Florida 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 06-1184 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2- <br />4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF PS (Public Service) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I <br />OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, the property described in Section I has an approved Conditional Use (CU 02.15) and an <br />approved site plan (SPR 03-17); and <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry RMF-13 <br />(Residential Multi-family, 13 units per acre) zoning dassification of the properties hereinafter described has <br />been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for <br />and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry PS (Public Service) zoning <br />classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the properties hereinafter described are designated as PS (Public Service) on the <br />Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the PS zoning classification is consistent with the Public Service Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as PS (Public Service) as <br />that dassification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended <br />and supplemented for those parcels of land totaling 2.04 acres (+/-) in size with approximately 170 feet of <br />Seminola Blvd frontage and a depth of approximately 400 feet as shown on "Exhibit A. and more specifically <br />described as follows and are hereby amended and given the proposed Zoning Map designations. <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida <br />Ordinance No. lJ6..1184 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
