Florida 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 06-1182 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) FOR THE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are located within the corporate boundary of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry Official <br />Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City <br />Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for <br />and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were <br />heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be established as set forth <br />below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br />has further determined that said zoning is consistent with the City's ComprehenSive Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended <br />and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for the parcels of land located on the western side <br />of State Road 436, south of the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road as shown on "Exhibit A" totaling 2.89 <br />(+/-) acres in size and described as follows: <br /> <br />ParcellD Number: 21-21-30-508-0000-0070 <br />LEG LOT 7 (LESS NL Y 125.35 FT) SCHATT DEVELOPMENT UNIT 2 PB 19 PG 58 <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida <br />Ordinance No. 06-1182 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
