Florida 32707 ORDINANCE No. 06-1182 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) FOR THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are located within the corporate boundary of the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendment; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be established as set forth below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and has further determined that said zoning is consistent with the City's ComprehenSive Plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for the parcels of land located on the western side of State Road 436, south of the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road as shown on "Exhibit A" totaling 2.89 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: ParcellD Number: 21-21-30-508-0000-0070 LEG LOT 7 (LESS NL Y 125.35 FT) SCHATT DEVELOPMENT UNIT 2 PB 19 PG 58 City of Casselberry, Florida Ordinance No. 06-1182 Page 1 of2
