Al!encv (RP A) Intensitv Study <br /> <br />Mr. Kevin Fall, RPA Administrator for Seminole County, who was scheduled to give the <br />presentation to the City Commission, was not in attendance. Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community <br />Development Director gave a presentation that focused on the Seminole County's RPA Intensity <br />Study along the CRA Highway 17-92 corridor that connects with the Casselberry CRA. Ms. Smith <br />discussed the following with the Commission: <br /> <br />1. Seminole County's RPA Plan: <br />a. Height proposals adjacent to, and to the north of, Casselberry (Casselberry-Winter <br />Springs sub-area) <br />b. Height proposals adjacent to, and to the south of, Casselberry (Fern Park sub-area) <br />c. Site Design concerns: <br />. Transition of heights <br />. Setbacks/Buffers/Landscape <br />. Relationship to height of adjacent properties <br />. Open Space <br />. Lighting <br />d. Building design (Stepbacks, Roofline variations, Building design and architectue) <br />
