Call to Order <br /> <br />Mayor Goff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Goff explained the procedures regarding <br />audience participation. A form is provided for the audience members who wish to address the City <br />Commission on any Agenda item or any other matter not on the Agenda. Audience members will be <br />recognized by the Chairman when that particular item is addressed by the Commission. <br /> <br />2. Invocation <br /> <br />The Invocation was led by Commissioner Kathy L. Cook. <br /> <br />3. Pled!!e of AlIe!!iance <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Kathy L. Cook. <br /> <br />4. Roll Call <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />
