The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval to the City <br />Commission for the Zoning Map Amendment. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 06-1184 on first reading and schedule the final public hearing <br />for April 10, 2006. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to approve <br />Ordinance 06-1184, Fire Station #21 Zoning Map <br />Amendment (ZB 05-05) as presented on first reading. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner <br />and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />H. First Reading of Ordinance 06-1185 - Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment (LP A 05-11) <br />for Bruster's Ice Cream, 2511 Howell Branch Road <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1185 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE <br />OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP, ESTABLISHING THE COMMERCIAL <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF C (Commercial) FOR THE PARCEL <br />AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Le!!al Advertisement: Advertised in the Orlando Sentinel February 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Ordinance 06-1185 is a Small Scale Future Land Use change from Seminole County <br />Commercial to Ci ty of Casselberry Commercial for the Bruster's Ice Cream property.
