The site is <br />approximately 2.2 acres and is located at 1095-1101 State Road 436 and two vacant parcels adjacent to the <br />north on the westside of State Road 36 south of Red Bug Lake Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />voted unanimously to recommend approval to the City Commission for the Commercial Future Land Use <br />Map amendment. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 06-1181 on first reading and schedule the final public hearing <br />for April 10, 2006. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to <br />approve Ordinance 06-1181, Bich/Carpet Future Land <br />Use Map Amendment (LPA 05-09), as presented on <br />first reading. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />E.
