RESOLUTION 06-1643 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY TO ENTER INTO EXHIBIT TO THE MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 12, 2000, WITH SUNTRUST LEASING CORPORATION FOR THE LEASE OF ONE (1) 2006 RESCUE VEHICLE; PROVIDING FOR CONFliCTS, SEVERABll..ITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. Whereas, the City of Casselbcrty desires to lease new equipment as herein defined from SWlTrust Leasing Corporation subject to tenns and conditions of certain agreements; and Whereas, the City of Casselberry desires to lease one (1) Rescue vehicle as herein defined !Torn SunTrust Leasing Corporation; and Whereas, the City has previously executed a Master Lease Asreement with SunTrust Lessing Corporation dated October 12, 2000, and fmds it is in the best interest of the City to execute exhibits to that Lease which include an eecrow agreement and a document adding the one (1) rescue vehicle to the Master Lease. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOW: SECTION 1. 'The Mayor of the City of Casselberry is hereby authorized to execute Exhibits to the Master Lease Agreement dated October 12, 2000, for one (1) 2006 Rescuevebicle from SunTruJt Leasing Corporation in the form attached hereto as Exbibt "A." SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of ResoLutions in contlict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unIawfu~ Dr unconstitional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other section Or part of this Resolution. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. / PASSED and ADOPTED thi~dAY 0 ,AD., 2006.
