<br />City Commission Meeting <br />December 12, 2005 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Commission Discussion: Mayor Goff inquired as to the status of the Fee Structure Study that was <br />previously approved by the Commission. Mr. Dreier stated that the study was delayed until the pending <br />arrival of the City Manager. The amount approved for that study goes back into Fund Balance. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve the Special Invoice and Minor <br />Coutracts Report as corrected by the City Clerk, (Impact Fee Stndy Bid to <br />$18,200,00), The motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S, Hufford <br />and carried nnanimously by voice vote. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />B. Selection of Vice Mayor <br /> <br />Mayor Goff passed the gavel and nominated Commissioner Hart for Vice Mayor for another year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford stated that the Vice Mayor selection should be rotated and she nominated <br />Commissioner Doerner for the coming year. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Commissioner Linda Hart was elected Vice Mayor for 2006 on a 3 - 2 vote, <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE ON THE NOMINATIONS: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner - Commissioner Doerner <br />Commissioner Cook - Commissioner Hart <br />Commissioner Hnfford - Commissioner Doerner <br />Commissioner Hart - Commissioner Hart <br />Mayor Goff - Commissioner Hart <br /> <br />C. Update on City Center Development <br /> <br />The City Manager stated that the City Center Project Presentation, scheduled to be presented at the December <br />12,2005 Meeting, will be continued to the January 23, 2006 Meeting. In a letter dated December 5,2005, <br />Unicorp requested the continuance to further enhance their Conceptual Master Plan for the Casselberry City <br />Center Project. <br /> <br />Audience Inpnt: Mr. John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, FL, stated that joint efforts <br />between municipalities and/or the county could be more effective as an investment in the competition for <br />civic center rentals. <br /> <br />D. Reduction of Code Enforcement Penalties Liens - CE-04-00193 I ($4, 175.00t to $417,00), <br />CE-05-00331 ($2,275.00 tp $227.00) - 719 Bayou Drive Owner - William E. Dellamore <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: A request was presented to the Commission for reduction of Code Enforcement Lien <br />regarding property at 790 Bayou Drive, Casselberry, Florida, owned by William E. Dellamore. The Code <br />Enforcement Board recommended a reduction of the lien from $8,725 to $871. Mr. Dellamore requested <br />the Commission waive the fine completely due to financial hardships. This request is consistent with the <br />requirements of Ordinance 05-1 ] 57, which governs satisfaction ofliens. <br />
