Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, FL, questioned Item (9(f) as the <br />the dollar amount for the repair. The City Manager stated that the emergency repair was approved on <br />December 6, 2005 at a cost of $6,296.00. All back up data was included in Commission packets. <br /> <br />Commissiou Discussion: Commissioner Linda Hart stated that 9 b) c) d) and e), Police Forfeiture Fund did <br />not compute. City Manager will have staff research and report back on the matter. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S, Hufford to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as snbmitted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner and carried unanimonsly by voice vote. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />10, Old Bnsiness <br /> <br />A. Request from Planning and Zoning Commission to Schedule a Joint Meeting with the City <br />Commission to Discuss Proposed Residential Parking Ordinance 05-1160 <br /> <br />The City Manager presented a request from the Planning and Zoning Commission that a joint meeting be <br />scheduled between the City Commission and the Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss proposed <br />Residential Parking Ordinance 05-1160. Proposed meeting dates submitted were January 16th, January 30'" <br />or February 6'". <br /> <br />After discussion, the consensus of the Commission was to schedule ajoint meeting with the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission on Monday, February 6, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />B. Proposal from Seminole Community College for Television production of City Commission <br />Meetings <br /> <br />The City Manager presented a proposal from the Seminole Community College to provide cable cast services <br />for Commission meetings. He recommended the Commission proceed, as a test project, under the <br />arrangements outlined by J. Patrick Fitzgerald, Ph.D, Television Program Manager, SCC in his letter dated <br />November 29,2005. The cost for this service would be $200 per meeting ($50 an hour 4-hour minimum), <br />plus cost of materials. An initial cost to upgrade the Chamber audio system is estimated at $1 ,000 (one- time <br />charge). The target date for this project is February 2006. <br /> <br />Andience Input: John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, expressed concerns regarding security with <br />cameras during Commission Meetings. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve Cable Cast Services for City <br />Commission Meetings by Seminole Community College as presented. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote, (5 - 0) <br />
