RESOLUTION 06-1640 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO SUPPLEMENT NO. 16 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND CPH ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HUNTERFIELD ROAD STORAGE AND HIGH SERVICE PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to engage services with a consulting firm to provide engineering services during the construction of the 250,000 gallon storage tank and high service pumping facility adjacent to its elevated tank on Hunterfield Road; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has a continuing services contract with CPH Engineers, Inc. for consulting engineering services; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has reviewed the submitted Amendment NO.1 to Supplement No. 16 and found the submittal by CPH Engineers, Inc. to be adequate for the project, and recommends approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to Supplement No. 16 from CPH Engineers, Inc. (attached as "Exhibit A"), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
