Wells, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 05-1154 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-H (PLANNED MIXED USE: HIGH INTENSITY) <br />FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are located within the corporate boundary of the City <br />of Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry <br />Commercial General (CG) zoning classification of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held <br />in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for andlor against the <br />proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Planned Mixed Use: High Intensity (PMX-H) zoning <br />classification were heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is currently designated as Commercial General (CG) <br />on the City of Casselberry, Florida, Official Zoning Map, as amended and supplemented; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current Commercial General (CG) zoning classification is inconsistent with the <br />proposed High Intensity Non-ResidentiaVMedium Density Residential (HINR/MDR) Future Land Use Map <br />designation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Planned Mixed Use: High Intensity (PMX-H) zoning classification would <br />be consistent with the proposed High Intensity Non-ResidentiaVMedium Density Residential (HINR/MDR) <br />Future Land Use Map designation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as Planned Mixed Use: High <br />Intensity (PMX-H) as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida <br />Ordinance No. 05-1154 <br />Page 1013 <br />
