<br />3) Scope <br /> <br />a. This plan applies to all City of Casselberry Government <br />Departments, staff and services that play any role in planning, policy <br />and procedures development, response, recovery and training <br />related to disaster and emergency response. <br /> <br />4) Responsibilities <br /> <br />a. The Casselberry Fire Department Headquarters will serve as the City <br />of Casselberry NlMS Compliance Office, and will: <br /> <br />i. Develop and maintain the timeframe and strategy for full <br />NIMS implementation <br />ii. Ensure that FY05 minimum requirements are met no later <br />than September 30, 2005 and actions required for full <br />compliance are met no later than September 30, 2006. <br />iii. Submit a resolution for the City of Casselberry City <br />Commissioners adopting NIMS, as required. <br />iv. Provide training means and support to all City Departments <br />and others in order to complete required baseline training. <br />v. Coordinate City andlor individual Departmental maintenance <br />of records reflecting training and other compliance <br />requirements. <br />vi. Coordinate the review of in-City and shared resources for <br />resource-typing, as required by NIMS. <br />vii. Conduct a review of the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive <br />Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) and other relative <br />plans for NIMS compliance. <br />viii. Assure that all planning documents and forms used during <br />disaster operations are NIMS/ICS compliant. <br />ix. Share this plan, provide support and coordinate NIMS <br />implementation with the City Departments and allied agencies <br />listed in the table below: <br /> <br />7 <br />
