<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />PETITION TO CLOSE, V ACA TE AND ABANDON <br />EASEMENT <br /> <br />****************************** <br /> <br />To: City of Casselbeny City Commission <br /> <br />The undersigned Petitioner respectfully petitions this Conunission to close, vacate, abandon, <br />discontinue, disclaim and to renounce any right of the City of Casselbeny, a political subdivision, in the <br />State of Florida, and the public in and to the following described easement, to wit: <br /> <br />Vacate 3 feet of a 7 foot utility easement on Lot 8, Alexander Place, according to <br />plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 36 of the Public Records of Seminole <br />County, Florida. (Also known as 516 Ivanhoe Way.) <br /> <br />Your Petitioner would show that the said easement has not been used by the City of Casselbeny. <br />Petitioner constitutes a majority of the abutting property owners desiring the easement to be closed, vac~ted <br />and abandoned. <br /> <br />Petitioner would further submit that the closing, vacating, abandoning, renouncing and disclaiming of <br />any rights of the City of Casselbeny, Florida and the public in and to any land in connection with the said <br />easement described hereinabove will not be detrimental to the public or to the property of any person or <br />persons, but, in fact would be beneficial to the pubic. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Commission to schedule a public hearing at the earliest <br />practicable date for the purpose of considering the vacation, closing and abandoning of the easement <br />described above. <br /> <br />OWNER <br /> <br />~ <br />C "7 <br />:~:;.. v /, <br /> <br />"Pa I Nelson, Property Owner <br /> <br />C~J,¡:,¿;»q£*(~. -' <br />M ody NelS6n, Property Owner <br /> <br />Dated this /),7 Dayof Ii ¡ (:; <br /> <br />:)"/1 < <br />_celL' ) <br /> <br />, RECEIVED <br /> <br />.11.282005 I I <br />_..J I <br />¡PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.¡ <br />
