<br />SECTION FOUR. Waiver of Fees. A waiver of the application fee may be <br />approved by the City Commission for public, semi-public and not-for-profit entities perfoTIlling <br />administrative services as defIned by S. 5-21.2 of the Unified Land Development Regulations. <br />Fee waiver applications, including a demonstration of need for the fee waiver, shall be submitted <br />to the Co=unity Development Director, who shall forward it with a reco=endationfor action <br />by the City Commission. For applications where the City of Casselberry is the property owner <br />and the applicant, the fees shall be automatically waived. <br /> <br />SECTION FIVE. Refund of Fees. Fee payments may be refunded, at the discretion <br />of the Co=unity Development Director, upon withdrawal of the application at the request of <br />/1:ne applicant, if such application is withdrawn prior to consideration by the Development Review <br />Com.m.ittee. <br /> <br />SECTION SIX. Continuance of Force. The fee schedule established by this resolution <br />shaH remain in full force and effect, as amended from time to time by Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION SEVEN. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION EIGHT. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate <br />or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION NINE. Effective Date.
