SECTION FOUR. Waiver of Fees. A waiver of the application fee may be approved by the City Commission for public, semi-public and not-for-profit entities perfoTIlling administrative services as defIned by S. 5-21.2 of the Unified Land Development Regulations. Fee waiver applications, including a demonstration of need for the fee waiver, shall be submitted to the Co=unity Development Director, who shall forward it with a reco=endationfor action by the City Commission. For applications where the City of Casselberry is the property owner and the applicant, the fees shall be automatically waived. SECTION FIVE. Refund of Fees. Fee payments may be refunded, at the discretion of the Co=unity Development Director, upon withdrawal of the application at the request of /1:ne applicant, if such application is withdrawn prior to consideration by the Development Review Com.m.ittee. SECTION SIX. Continuance of Force. The fee schedule established by this resolution shaH remain in full force and effect, as amended from time to time by Resolution. SECTION SEVEN. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION EIGHT. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION NINE. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
