<br />"Exhibit B" <br /> <br />PROJECT NO. 0213 <br /> <br />SECTION 00500 <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />1. THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the ¡ ~ day of 'WJDrv(\.~--:::-, 2003 by <br />and between the City of Casselberry, Florida, hereinafter called the Owner, and <br />SUNSHINE BUILDING & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, hereinafter called the <br />Contractor, <br /> <br />WITNESSETH, that the Owner and the Contractor, for the considerations stated herein, <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />2. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide and furnish all of the necessary labor, supervision, material, <br />tools, expendable and permanent equipment, and all utility and transportation services <br />required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner, all of the work described as: <br />"Reclaimed Water DistrIbution Ex"ans;on Proiect 0213 - Contract B" for the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />AU work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Drawings & Specifications <br />prepared by the CPH Engineers, Inc., hereinafter called the Engineer, and in strict <br />compliance with the Contractor's Proposal as accepted, including any. amendments <br />agreed upon at the time of execution of this Agreement, and with the other Contract <br />Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
