<br />RESOLUTION 03-1401 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA <br />CHANGING THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF PROPERTY CONTROL <br />ITEMS UNDER $1000; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has reviewed its current Accounting Policy dealing <br />with the accountability of property control items under $1000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to streamline this accountability procedure <br />by eliminating the tagging of non-capital items under $1000; with the exception of computer <br />related equipment; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The purchase of non-capital items under $1000 will no longer be tagged <br />for property control. <br /> <br />SECTION II. All computer-related equipment will be tagged for property control. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION V.
