<br />RESOLUTION 05- 1607 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH KIRKLAND'S PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, Florida, is desiring to enter into a <br />contract with Kirkland's Pest Management Services, Inc., and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this contract is to provide for Landscape <br />Maintenance Services" Right of Ways" for the City of Casselberry, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kirkland's Pest Management Services, Inc. will provide <br />Landscape Maintenance Services for $89,371.00 per year. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION ONE. That the contract with Kirkland's Pest Management <br />Services, Inc. (attached as Exhibit A) is hereby approved, and the Mayor is <br />authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry. <br /> <br />SECTION TWO. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions <br />in conflict with any of the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION THREE. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section <br />of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not <br />be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or <br />part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR. Effective Date.
