<br />SECTION 4.03. PREPAYMENT AMOUNTS. Due to the unknown life of the Summerset North <br /> <br />subdivision wall, prepayment of the Related Service Assessment cannot be provided. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.04. COMPUTATION OF RELATED SERVICES ASSESSMENTS. The Related <br /> <br />Service Assessments will be imposed for the life of the Summerset North subdivision wall and will be <br /> <br />collected annually on the ad valorem tax bill in the manner authorized by the Uniform Assessment Collection <br /> <br />Act. The annual related service assessment shall be computed for each Tax Parcel in the manner set forth <br /> <br />in this Section 4.04. <br /> <br />(A) RELATED SERVICE AMOUNT. A "Related Service AmounF of $ 30.50 per Benefit Unit <br /> <br />will be used for the initial Fiscal Year. The amount is computed by dividing (1) the maximum amount of the <br /> <br />Related Services Amount by (2) the total number of Benefit Units (the number of platted lots (not to include <br /> <br />the undeveloped tracts), located within the Summerset North Assessment Area. <br /> <br />(B) ANNUAL RELATED SERVICE COMPONENT. The "Annual Related Service ComponenF <br /> <br />shall be computed for each Fiscal Year for each Tax Parcel by multiplying (1) the number of Benefit Units <br /> <br />attributable to such Tax Parcel by (2) the Related Service Amount. <br /> <br />(C) RELATED SERVICES ASSESSMENT. The annual Related Services Assessment shall be <br /> <br />computed as the sum of the anticipated annual operating and maintenance costs, including a 25% required <br /> <br />reserve, as prepared by the City's Finance Department. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.05. RELATED SERVICES ASSESSMENT ROLL. The City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />directed to prepare a final estimate of the Related Services Assessment for the Summerset North <br /> <br />Subdivision Wall and to prepare the preliminary Related Services Assessment Roll in the manner provided <br />in the Ordinance. The City Manager shall apportion the Related Services Cost among the parcels of real <br />property within the Summerset North Assessment Area as reflected on the Tax Roll in conformity with <br />Article IV hereof. The estimate of the Related Services Assessment and the Related Services Assessment <br /> <br />Roll shall be maintained on file in the office of the City Clerk and open to public inspection. The foregoing <br />shall not be construed to require that the Related Services Assessment Roll be in printed form if the amount <br /> <br />Resolution No. 05-1595 <br />Page 10 of 16 <br />
