ORDINANCE NO. 05-1166 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO ANNEXATION; MAKING FINDINGS; ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITmNTHE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 8, TOWNSmp 21S, RANGE 30E; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN COUNTY LICENSEES FOLLOWING THEIR BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION WITIIIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED MAY CONTINUE TO FOLLOW SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CORPORATE LIMITS WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF FURTHER QUALIFICATION THEREFORE; PROVIDING THAT EFFECTIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW, THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL AD VALOREM TAXES; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE ORDINANCE WITH THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner(s) of certain lands more particularly described herein below, have requested that the same be annexed and incorporated into the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The lands described in Schedule A and shown on the map in Schedule B, attached hereto, be and they are hereby annexed to and included within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida. Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are hereby revised to include the land described in Section 1 hereof. Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find that the lands described in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Ont. #05-1166, Page 1 of 3
