CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a meeting on Monday, June 13,2005 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bob Goff, Mayor/Commissioner Linda Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner Kathy Cook, Commissioner Susan Doerner, Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Tony Segreto, Interim City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director William Goucher, Assistant Public Works Director John Pavlis, Chief of Police Jim Ruf, Deputy Police Chief Donald Harkins, Fire Chief Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Sandra Smith, Senior Planner Cristina Vivo', Personnel Director Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator I. Call to Order Mayor Goff called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Mayor Goff explained the procedures regarding audience participation. A form is provided for the audience members who wish to address the City Commission on any Agenda item or any other matter not on the Agenda. Audience members will be recognized by the Chairman when that particular item is addressed by the Commission. II. Invocation Commissioner Colleen Hufford gave the Invocation. III. Pled!!e of AlIe!!iance Commissioner Colleen Hufford the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Goff stated that the City Attorney had a statement regarding possible violation of the Sunshine Law with reference to the Joint/City County Advisory Commission and the lack of proper notification by the County regarding officials in attendance. The City Attorney stated that all future notices of the Committee Meetings will indicate that two (2) members of the City/County Advisory Committee will be attending Casselberry City Commission Meetings which would alleviate any possible violation of the Sunshine Law.
