ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The Police Chief submitted an amendment Consent item (C), Approval to Accept Funding from the Edward Byrne Grant for Six Pocket Citation Handled Ticketing Systems, amending the grant funding from $18,000 to $19,500 and the City's share from $4,929 to $3,429. Mr. Segreto requested consideration of Resolution 05-1583, Purchase of Property on North Winter Park Drive be added under New Business as Item (I). MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to approve the agenda as amended; adding Resolution 05-1583 as New Business item (I) and amendment of Consent Agenda item (C). Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. VI. PRESENTATIONS A. PROCLAMATION: NATIONAL PUBLIC WORKS WEEK Mayor Goff issued a proclamation designating the week of May 15 - 21, 2005 as National Public Works Week in the City of Casselberry. B. PROCLAMATION: EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES WEEK Mayor Goff issued a proclamation designating the week of May 15 - 21, 2005 as Emergency Medical Services Week in the City of Casselberry. Battalion Chief David Morris, Acting Fire Lieutenant Darlene Nault, FirefighterlEMT Jim Nolin, FirefighterlParamedic Hubert Johnston, FirefighterlEMT Larry Romaldo, and FirefighterlParamedic Paul Carpenter accepted the proclamation on behalf of the Fire Department. C. PROCLAMATION: NATIONAL HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS WEEK Mayor Goff issued a proclamation designating the week of May 15 - 21, 2005 as National Hurricane Preparedness Week in the City of Casselberry.
