<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 25, 2005 ~ Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br />IV. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Goff requested that consideration of authorization for him to reexecute the interlocal utility agreement <br />with Seminole County for Lake Drive Phase I and Phase II, which was previously approved by the City <br />Commission in October 2004, be placed on the Consent Agenda as item D. Mayor Goff further stated the <br />original interlocal agreement was signed by former Mayor Pronovost and sent to Seminole County for <br />execution, but the County lost the document and now is requesting that it be executed again with Mayor <br />Goffs signature. <br /> <br />Mr. Clifton requested that consideration of a pre-annexation agreement with Century Realty Funds, Inc.lThe <br />Village Shoppes of Casselberry, Inc. be added under New Business as item F. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve the agenda <br />as amended. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />VI. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />A. DROP SAVERS AWARDS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff, with the assistance of Valerie Jensen of the Public Works Department, made award <br />presentations to the 2005 City of Casselberry Drop Savers Water Conservation Poster Contest winners. <br />Mayor Goff thanked all the participating school faculties, parents, and contestants for their efforts. <br /> <br />The following school winners were given a Certificate of Award, a $50 U.S. savings bond, their drawing <br />printed on a t-shirt, and a $20 Books-A-Million gift certificate: <br /> <br />Casselberry Elementary School <br />Brittny Mustafa - Kindergarten <br />Nikki Anderson - 2nd Grade <br />Kalyn Bender - 3'· Grade <br />Elena Kallergis - 3'" Grade <br />Eddwin Detrez - 5th Grade <br />Mildred Mora - 5th Grade <br />Matthew Young - 5th Grade <br />
