<br />RESOLUTION 05-1570 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2003 <br />AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2004; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida has adopted an annual <br />operating budget for the fiscal year beginning October I, 2003 specifYing certain projected <br />revenues and expenditures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such budget presumes that each department generaJly wíll, to the best of its <br />ability, maintain its expenditures within its aJlocated budgeted level and exercise prudent fiscal <br />management; and <br /> <br />, <br />WHEREAS, from time to time circumstances and events may require the original budget <br />to be revised; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission, in its discretion, has the authority to adjust the <br />budget to more closely coincide with the actual and expected events. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry as approved in <br />Resolution 03-1445 and amended by Resolutions 04-1489,04-1501 and 04-1528 for the fiscal <br />year beginning October I, 2003. This Resolution revises the Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment <br />(Resolution 04-1528) to include City HaJl Fire Station 21 Remodel Design work. Except as <br />amended herein, the annual operating budget for the City of Casselberry for fiscal year beginning <br />October I, 2003 shaH remain in fuH force and effect. <br /> <br />SECTION II.
