<br />RESOLUTION 05-1568 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2004; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry Florida, has been presented the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2004 prepared by the <br />Accounting Finn of Harris, Cotherman, O'Keefe & Associates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and <br />recommends acceptance by the City Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby accepts the Comprehensive <br />Annual Financial Report for Year Ending September 30, 2004, attached as Exhibit "A" and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute the Resolution accepting the Audit. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective date.
