CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a meeting on Monday, April II, 2005 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bob Goff, Mayor/Commissioner Linda Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner Kathy Cook, Commissioner Susan Doerner, Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director William Goucher, City Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director John Pavlis, Chief of Police Donald Harkins, Fire Chief Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Cristina Vivo', Personnel Director Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator OTHERS PRESENT: Travis Bennefield, Pastor, Casselberry Baptist Church Dan O'Keefe, Auditor, Harris, Cotterman, O'Keefe & Associates Terry Zaudtke, Engineer, CPH, Inc. I. Call to Order Mayor Goff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Goff explained the procedures regarding audience participation. A form is provided for the audience members who wish to address the City Commission on any Agenda item or any other matter not on the Agenda. Audience members will be recognized by the Chairman when that particular item is addressed by the Commission. II. Invocation Travis Bennefield, Pastor, First Baptist Church of Casselberry led the invocation. The City Manager commended Pastor Bennefield for his work and contribution to the Community during last year's hurricanes. Pastor Bennefield and some ofthe members of the Church worked very hard distributing ice from the trucks and managing the traffic for pickup of the ice in an orderly fashion in the Church parking lot.
