<br />RESOLUTION 05- 1567 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH BARFIELD FENCE COMPANY FOR FENCE <br />INSTALLATION AT VARIOUS CITY PROPERTIES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, Florida, is desiring to enter into a <br />contract with Barfield Fence Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this contract IS to provide for fence <br />installation for the City of Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barfield Fence Company will provide fence installation at <br />various City properties for a total cost of $69,360.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION ONE. That the contract with Barfield Fence Company <br />(attached as Exhibit A) is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to <br />execute the contract on behalf of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry. <br /> <br />SECTION TWO. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions <br />in conflict with any of the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION THREE. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section <br />of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not <br />be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or <br />part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR. Effective Date.
