<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 8, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 of9 <br /> <br />Mavor/Commissioner Seat #5 <br /> <br />Hal C. Billerbeck - 2,482 Votes (29.04%) <br />Bob Goff - 3,557 Votes (41.62%) <br />David Henson - 2,507 Votes (29.34%) <br /> <br />Audience Input: <br /> <br />I) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding whether the <br />optical scanner at Precinct #48 was operating correctly during the recent election. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to certify the results of the <br />City of Casselberry City Election held November 2, <br />2004. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />3. SEATING OF NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark expressed his gratitude to everyone and stated it has been a privilege for him to serve on <br />the City Commission for the past seven years. <br /> <br />Commissioner Seat #4: <br /> <br />The following oath was administered to Colleen S. Hufford by the City Attorney: <br /> <br />"I do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution and <br />Government of the United States and the State of Florida, that I am duly qualified to hold <br />office under the State, and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner <br />of the City of Casselberry, Florida on which I am about to enter, so help me God," <br /> <br />The oath, as administered, was signed by Commissioner Hufford and affirmed by the City Attorney, and is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Former Vice Mayor Clark excused himself from the dais and Mayor Pronovost invited Commissioner <br />Hufford to take her place on the dais. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost expressed his gratitude to everyone for their support during his tenure as Mayor. Mayor <br />Pronovost presented a bouquet of flowers to his wife and grandson to express his deepest gratitude to them. <br /> <br />Mavor/Commissioner Seat #5: <br /> <br />The following oath was administered to Bob Goff by his personal attorney, Melanie Chase: <br /> <br />"I do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution and <br />Government of the United States and the State of Florida, that I am duly qualified to hold <br />
